Thor’s Power Program 2.0 is a modified version of the program Hafthor Julius Bjornsson followed in to the World’s Strongest Man Competition in 2019. This is a peaking program that will take you either in to a Strongman competition (if you follow the Strongman version), or to peak you to your max lifts (if you follow the Gym Lifts version).

Known as "Thor," the 6-foot-9, 425-pound Bjornsson broke the previous record of 1,102.31 pounds (500 kilograms), set by England's Eddie Hall in 2016.
